Our standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the U.S. However, some deliveries may take up to 2 weeks, especially during peak seasons or due to customs delays.
How much does shipping cost within the continental U.S.?
Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S. Orders under $50 have a shipping fee of $6.95.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Undergear ships almost anywhere in the world. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. You’ll be notified of the final cost before your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email. You can also track your order status by logging into your Undergear account or by contacting our customer service team.
How do I return an item from Undergear?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days for a refund or exchange. A 20% restocking fee applies for unopened items. Please email us at undergearug@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
Can I return or exchange opened packages?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened packages. Items must be in their original, unused condition for a return to be processed.
Are there any products that cannot be returned?
Yes, all Male Power, MaleBasics, and Magic Silks products are final sale and cannot be returned. Additionally, gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed after we receive your returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account.
