What delivery methods are available?
Our Standard Delivery may take about 10 to 20 business days, depending on your destination. In most cases an arrival time of 3 to 5 business days is typical. If your destination is in the U.S. it will take not be longer than 2 weeks for delivery. Occasionally, there might be an unexpected delay possibly due to holidays, customs or products being on backorder. It is advisable to check at your local post office if you do not receive your items after the specified delivery time.
Orders shipped outside the continental United States may take up to 60 days to be received via Standard Delivery. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer (these items are marked on the product page) and may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.
Please note that, orders with a merchandise value of $300 or more will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If your order is sent to you in multiple packages, each will require a signature.
What will it cost me in the way of delivery charges?

For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico add $9.95 to Standard Delivery Charge.
Shipping to Canada is a flat fee of $15.00
For shipments to multiple addresses we will add an additional $5.00.
Do you ship internationally?
At UnderGear, we ship almost anywhere in the world! As international shipping charges are based on dimensions, weight and final destination we must calculate the cost upon receipt of your order. When you place your order online, shipping charges will be displayed for your order, but because our system automatically calculates shipping for U.S. orders, please ignore this amount. We will immediately notify you via email of the final cost and release the order only upon receipt of confirmation that you are aware of the total cost and would like to ship the item(s). Please note that express shipping is not available for international orders, and some oversized items may be restricted. Please include your name, address, and order confirmation number in addition to your question so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reasons, please send us an email within 30 days. All returns need authorization number.
We do not accept returns on open packages.
We charge a 20% restocking fee on unopened packages plus the shipping cost on the returns.
All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging. All returns will be refunded in the original method of payment upon our receipt of return.
If you received free shipping for a $50 minimum order and your return makes your order drop below the $50 minimum, $6.95 shipping will be deducted from your refund. In order to accept your return or exchange you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org that includes your name, order number, and reason for return.
We are sorry but we CANNOT return gift cards and/or sale items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
